In 2020 Universal Fluids, LLC purchased NOV FluidControl Rocky Mountain drilling fluids division. This purchase combined the highly experienced and customer focused teams from both companies while incorporating the facilities, buying power, trade mark product names and proprietary products that were developed at NOV FluidControl. Through these changes and the addition of highly talented team members, Universal Fluids, LLC is well positioned in the Rocky Mountains to service the drilling and completions fluids needs for our customers.
